Open System Preferences and go to Keyboard:

Select the Shortcuts tab. Make sure the box for "Use keyboard navigation to move focus between controls" is checked.

Open Safari Preferences:

Select the Advanced tab. Make sure the box for "Press Tab to highlight each item on a webpage" is checked.

Colbert Public School Programs comply with the following:

1.2.1.1 - Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 - prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, and national origin.
1.2.1.2 - Title IX of the Education Amendment of 1972 - prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex.
