THREE YEAR OLD PROGRAM 

ENROLLMENT INFORMATION

Email the following information:

Your name and address, your child's name, your child's date of birth, and your phone number

Three Year Old Program students must be 3 years old on or before September 1st, 2021.

Important Note:

The submission of your information does NOT mean your child has been accepted into the Colbert Three Year Old Program. Your paperwork will be filed in the order in which it is received, reviewed, and you will be contacted for a screening or placed on a waiting list.
